Lay's Stax are better than Pringles

In the world of tube packaged potato chips, there are really only two options: Lay's Stax and Pringles. Both of these products aren't technically potato chips, they're potato crisps. The difference between a potato chip and a potato crisp is that the former is fried sliced potatoes, the latter is a processed and formed snack item made up of potato and other starches. While I prefer an actual chip to one of these potato crisp snack items, if given the choice I'll take Lay's Stax over Pringles every time. Right off the bat, the biggest difference between the two is that Stax aren't as thin and wispy as Pringles. The thicker crisp provides better crunch, which has been proven to make food taste better . They also have a better mouth feel because they don't disintegrate immediately when mixed with saliva. Age of Origins

My latest obsession is the mobile game Age of Origins also known as Age of Z. Age of Origins is a zombie war strategy game for mobile where you slay zombies, forge alliances, and rebuild civilization. Players build their city from the ground up to produce resources, recruit soldiers, and upgrade their technology. There are player vs player battles, events against zombie hordes, a tower defense mode, and so many other facets to the game. While Age of Origins is free to play, pumping money into the game certainly could help you expedite your ability to reach the top of the rankings.  The other resource you could use to climb the ladder is time. If you think TikTok is a time sink, it has nothing on this game. For those of you familiar with Farmville and other games of the like that require you to log in multiple times a day because everything is on a timer, you'll understand what I'm talking about. I am 30 or 40 years old and I do not need this.

I said in my  Turning 39  post last year that I probably wouldn't post something like it this year and I'm not going to. That post was a deep look into what was going on in my life and what had gone on since my  Turning 32  post. Both were written in a sort of stream of consciousness style where I asked a lot of questions and made a lot of statements that I may or may not have stuck to. This post is not that. This is just me recognizing that I am not in my thirties anymore. I am 40 now and I will be in my 40s until I am not. Hopefully I will be in 50s until I am not and then in my 60s until I am not and well...you get what I'm saying. The title of this post comes from a favorite animated show of mine called Aqua Teen Hunger Force .
